It never deletes mail and never sends mail for you. Anything it would send to someone outside your company waits as a draft for you to review. Every change can be undone. It runs in your accounts; we set it up, tune it to your business, and keep it running.

Live dashboards
One page, current every morning. Job cost against budget. Open work orders by property. Certificates about to expire. Work done but not yet billed. We pull it from the software you already pay for and refresh it every night. Nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet on Friday.
It lives in your own accounts (Power BI, Looker Studio or a private web page) and shows when it was last refreshed. If a refresh fails, the page shows it and we get an alert.

Lead tracker and chat
Every inquiry in one list, on your own website. A short contact form, a live chat box your staff answer from the dashboard, and a lead list with status, source and follow-up notes. Every form, chat and signup becomes a lead automatically, and you get an email the moment one arrives.
Optional: a mailing list that sends through your own Amazon email account, with double opt-in, unsubscribe and bounce handling built in. No per-seat fees, and your lead data stays on your site. Old chats are deleted on a schedule you set. It needs a WordPress site; we install it, match it to your look, and keep it updated.

Contract-opportunity scanner
For small government contractors: the contracts worth bidding, in your inbox every Monday. We watch SAM.gov, USAspending, Grants.gov, SBIR and Challenge.gov for your NAICS codes, your keywords and your set-asides. Each notice is scored 1 to 5 for fit, so the weekly email starts with the few worth reading, not the hundreds that aren’t.
It also tracks the competitors you name: what they win, and when their contracts come up for recompete, so you’re ready 6 to 18 months ahead. We tune it with you in the first month and keep tuning it. You decide what to bid.

How the products work
- Prices are “from”. The setup fee and monthly price depend on how many mailboxes, systems or sources are involved. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
- Your accounts, your data. The digest, the dashboards and the lead tracker run in your accounts or on your own site, and you can switch them off. The scanner reads only public sources and needs no access to your systems.
- A person approves. Nothing moves money or goes to a customer without someone on your side approving it.
