About

Two people. One learns how your office works, one builds the fix. Both are Navy veterans, and both have spent their careers in places where paperwork is heavy and mistakes are expensive.

Ryan Boggs, principal

Ryan is the person you’ll talk to. Before this he spent time as a commercial insurance broker working with San Diego businesses, which put him in a lot of back offices, watching how the work actually gets done. Broking taught him the cost side of a business: where the money goes, and what it costs when paperwork is late or wrong. He’ll learn your process, ask the questions that matter, and give you a straight yes or no on whether we can help.

Jeff Jennings, CTO

Jeff builds what we sell and keeps it running. He brings two decades of systems, automation and technical training work for federal and public-safety customers. He runs the same kind of systems on our own back office: the contract-opportunity feed, the email sorting, the morning digest.

How we work

  • One process at a time, at a fixed price.
  • We measure before we build: hours per week and cost per item, added up in dollars a year. That’s the baseline.
  • After the fix is running, we measure again the same way, so you see both numbers side by side.
  • We work with the software you already have.
  • Nothing moves money without a person approving it. Anything that touches payroll or payments gets our four-hour response tier.
  • Your accounts, your data, your logins. We maintain every build in your accounts, and every build is documented.
  • We speed up the people you have. We don’t take projects meant to cut staff.
